Hello, I'm Kate, a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with nearly 15 years of experience working with youth, adolescents, adults, and families to improve their mental health. I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Thomas University. Additionally, I have completed certifications in loss and healing, and trauma, along with two additional years of post-graduate study. I passed the Advanced National Clinical Board and gained my professional license in the state of Florida. My commitment to continuous learning has led me to take hundreds of hours of additional courses in the neurobiology of trauma, grief and loss, abuse recovery, child development, parenting, and communication.

I specialize in addressing issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting issues, and more. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
