For over 10 years I've been assisting individuals with overcoming obstacles to improve their lives. As an LCPC, I've worked in all levels of care using evidence-based interventions. My passion is supporting individuals with mental and/or behavioral health concerns and those whose lives have been impacted by other factors contributing to ongoing stressors. There are a range of specialties that I specialize in: substance use, anxiety, depression, PTSD and other trauma related disorders, psychotic disorders, adjustment disorders, stress management, supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community providing gender affirming care, in addition to other areas of concern.
My experience utilizes an individualized and collaborative approach which I've found to be most beneficial to individuals, tailoring care to each individual’s need. In addition, using a person-centered, strength base, and goal-oriented focus combined with various treatment modalities I've found best assists each individual. You’ll find that I'm non-judgmental, keeping an open mind to allow everyone to be heard, empowered, and heal. The environment is welcoming and friendly providing a safe space to share your experiences. Throughout your care not will you only address stressors, issues, and concerns; you'll discuss your strengths and goals. It is my belief that one’s strengths are precious assets, goals are inspirations, both that will be used to guide each individual to a life that better meets their needs.
