Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families on a host of different issues. I have gained valuable experiences working in private practice, in a pregnancy center, working with the homeless population, community mental health and the Church. All these experiences helped to make me the rounded clinician that I am today. Many individuals focus on their physical health while ignoring the most important aspect of their being and that is their mental health. I believe that focusing on one's mental health shows fortitude and strength. You don't have to let anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, or even career decisions prevent you from realizing your true potential. . This quote sums up what I believe when it comes to working with my clients. Where you are right now does not define you, it is your starting point to get you moving in the right direction.
