I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work with a Trauma Certificate. Starting with a strengths-based focus, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches (cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness) to work with you to increase your understanding and skills to manage emotions, thoughts, perspectives, and responses to be empowered to embrace life, including managing anxiety, stress, changes, and other challenging situations. I integrate understanding the connections between our body and brain to increase success in utilizing positive strategies to successfully manage life.
