Dr. Johnnie Welch is a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider, Licensed Marital and Family Therapist, Licensed Alcohol and Other Drugs of Abuse Counselor 2, and a certified Master Addiction Counselor with over 30 years of experience. Dr. Welch is licensed in Tennessee and Vermont and a registered mental health telehealth provider in Florida. Additionally, Dr. Welch has many national certifications. Dr. Welch has worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, intimate partner problems, addictions and a host of other concerns. Dr. Welch specializes in the treatment of mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Dr. Welch practices primarily from the Cognitive Behavioral perspective, but uses other styles as appropriate for the client. Dr. Welch is strongly committed to the belief that each client can learn how to overcome barriers that interfere with their lives resulting in better relationships and a more satisfying life.
