As an OIF veteran who served in South Korea and Kuwait, I bring a unique understanding of the challenges faced by military service members and their families. I graduated with my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Western Carolina University (WCU) in 2016, and since then, I’ve gained extensive experience in community mental health, addiction treatment centers, primary care, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. My work spans a range of issues, including addiction, grief, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and veterans’ concerns. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
