Hello, I'm Jody. With twenty years of experience providing counseling and therapy services to families, couples, children, adolescents, and adults, I am here to help you navigate life's challenges. My approach is rooted in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, allowing me to tailor my methods to best suit your unique needs. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from North Park University, an M.A. in Clinical Social Work from The University of Chicago, and a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Indiana and a certified EMDR therapist. Additionally, I have completed my primary certification in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) at the Albert Ellis Institute in New York City.
