With over 20 years of experience in the social work field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my practice. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science in 2002 and my Master of Social Work in 2008. I'm licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker - Supervisor (LISW-S).


I specialize in working with adults, both individuals and couples, providing assessments and diagnosis, including OVI assessments. My areas of expertise include addiction, ADHD, anxiety, grief, life transitions, PTSD, relationships, and trauma, as well as other general mental health disorders. I primarily operate from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) perspective and Solution-Focused Therapy, incorporating a variety of treatment modalities to best meet your needs.


In our sessions, we'll focus on establishing and reaching achievable goals, identifying and expressing feelings, building communication skills and self-esteem, and learning healthy coping skills, including Mindfulness-based practices. I believe anyone can benefit from talk therapy, learning new skills, and achieving goals with the help of an understanding, nonjudgmental, supportive, and compassionate therapist.
