Hello! I am Jessica.
Are you struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or depression? Is it starting to impact your relationships and your overall well-being? Together we can figure out what's not working and come up with an effective plan to help you feel better! I believe change happens when people are given the guidance and tools needed to draw on their own strengths. Sometimes making some small changes can have a significant impact on how someone feels! I strive to provide an environment of compassion, empathy, and support to help individuals overcome obstacles in order to move forward and thrive on their life journey.
I obtained an MSW from the University of South Carolina and have been licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2020. I have worked in a variety of settings in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing therapy for mental health and substance abuse related issues.
While working in Charleston, South Carolina, I gained extensive experience working with the military population, to include providing care for military related PTSD and transition/adjustment issues. Moreover, I have private practice experience and over the last few years have been providing therapy online.
I use a variety of evidence-based practices to include Cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to name a few. I am ready to help you realize your full potential so let's get started!
