"Jennifer Schweinhard is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who graduated from Chapman University in 2005. Specializing in trauma/PTSD, bipolar disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, suicidality, and anxiety disorders, Jennifer utilizes CBT, TF-CBT, and DBT skills to help clients regulate their symptoms and find relief from dysfunction. She is also certified in Motivational Interviewing to support clients with addiction concerns. Jennifer employs a client-centered approach, incorporating strategies like worksheets, psychoeducation, and psychotherapy to tailor her services to individual needs. Jennifer is allied with a diverse range of groups, including LGBTQ+, immigrants, people with disabilities, single mothers, refugees, women, veterans, BIPOC, men's mental health, neurodiversity, survivors of trauma and abuse, and those with chronic illnesses. She has extensive experience working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds, along with spiritual knowledge in Catholicism, Christianity, interfaith, and Wiccan/Paganism.
