Hello, I’m Jennifer.
Life can be incredibly challenging—especially during major transitions. As a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience and a background in holistic healing arts spanning 25 years, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to each session.
I work with adults and provide a supportive, welcoming space for a diverse range of clients, including members of the LGBTQIA+ and Latinx communities, individuals in recovery, and people living with disabilities.
My approach is holistic and client-centered. I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships. Together, we’ll create an environment where you feel safe, where you can explore your experiences, access your inner wisdom, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment.
I earned my MSW from New Mexico Highlands University after completing undergraduate studies in Spanish, Women’s Studies, and Latin American Studies at Cornell College. In 2009, I completed a year of post-graduate training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for Trauma, which continues to inform my integrative, body-aware approach.
Currently, I see clients virtually, offering flexibility and comfort from the privacy of your own space. I am licensed in Colorado and based in Longmont (NOT Massachusetts).
