These methods give us a flexible toolkit we can tailor to your needs—whether you want to quiet racing thoughts, improve focus and organization, or navigate a life change with more confidence.

• Intake/Diagnostic Evaluation: $220
• 53-min session: $185
• 45-min session: $150
• 30-min session: $135

📌 Insurance note: Self-pay may qualify for out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan (not guaranteed). Clients are responsible for verifying OON benefits. If I’m in-network and you choose self-pay, insurance reimbursement is not typical.
