I am a holistic mindfulness-based therapist who specializes in helping motivated adults manage their emotions, heal their inner child wounds, increase their self-esteem, improve their relationships, navigate their career and ultimately create a life they love. I am an empathetic, compassionate listener and will take the time to truly be present with you. While being present during our sessions, I will utilize several therapeutic modalities that are evidenced-based and widely used, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution-Based Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy.
