Hi! I'm Jenn and I am a licensed mental health counselor based in Tampa, Florida. I have over 15 years of clinical experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, complex trauma and substance abuse as well as those just having difficulties dealing with everyday life. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents and children and love watching people increase self-awareness and create sustainable change in their lives. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I use these modalities in individual, family and group settings. I take an individualized approach to every client I work with. Everyone has a unique story to tell I am here to listen and help them work through any challenges. My goal is to see my clients reach their highest potential. I want to equip them with the tools they need to succeed in all areas. I want to empower them to identify the things that could be blocking them and how to break though. My clients appreciate my authentic and genuine approach to treatment. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
