Hi, I'm Jade. There are times in life when things seem unmanageable. For some, those moments occur constantly in our day-to-day lives; for others, it’s during times of unexpected stressors, transitions, or tragedy. Therapy is an excellent way to seek support for any time you feel you can't cope with 'this' anymore, whatever that 'this' may be. I can help you learn ways to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as process grief, loss, and trauma in your journey of healing and walk alongside you on your path to improve well-being.


I graduated in 2019 with my Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville. Following graduation, I obtained diverse experience working in community mental health for five years. For the last year, I have been working independently providing individual therapy to clients of all ages. Prior to my practice as a therapist, I worked in community mental health as a skills coach teaching life skills and coping mechanisms in schools and various community settings. I also have experience working in inpatient hospital and intensive outpatient program settings.


I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy to help my clients identify their strengths and learn ways to view their circumstances from a fresh, healthier perspective. My primary goal is to help empower my clients to make small, manageable changes in the path to a healthier future and happier life. Together, we can navigate whatever obstacles life has tossed you and learn ways to improve current circumstances, as well as tools to cope with whatever thoughts and feelings you may be experiencing in your journey to a better quality of life and improved well-being.
