I am originally from New York and graduated from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio with a BA in Psychology in 1992. I received my Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL in 1996 and am licensed by the State of Florida as an LCSW.

In my practice, I create an individualized, patient-focused therapy experience where each client has their personal treatment plan. I will tailor my services to meet your specific needs, and I have the ability to incorporate the therapy approach that is best received and most effective for you.

I am also the owner of HCM Coaching, LLC, which focuses on helping women worldwide achieve emotional independence by helping them identify toxic relationships and thought patterns that often lead to codependency and unhealthy relationships.

I truly enjoy offering tele-therapy to my clients as I feel it extends my reach to many who are unable or uncomfortable going into a formal office setting. I believe tele-therapy to be a beneficial and effective form of therapy, and I have re-designed my practice to work full-time offering tele-therapy with a variety of hours to meet my clients' needs.

I offer an empathetic ear and an open mind and pride myself on helping clients feel comfortable and safe when dealing with their most personal experiences. Due to my vast experience both as a therapist and coach, I have worked with clients worldwide and enjoy the experience of a variety of client backgrounds that has allowed me to assist.
