Heather also has a coaching practice, HCM Coaching, LLC where she works with women worldwide to help them gain emotional independence by identifying toxic relationships and patterns and assisting them to discover their own strengths to break free of these unhealthy patterns. Heather also specializes in women's issues in prenatal, fertility and pregnancy loss. Outside of her practice Heather enjoys creative arts, reading, road trips with her teen daughter & husband and trying to maintain a healthy work-life balance as she encourages her client's to do as well.
