My name is Glenroy Bristol. I am an English-speaking licensed clinical mental health counselor (LMHC). I attended and graduated from Sunset International School of Preaching in Lubbock, Texas, in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies. I also graduated with a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Cambridge College of Massachusetts in 2006. I am a licensed psychotherapist in private practice in Springfield, MA. I have worked with individuals and couples dealing with mental health issues and substance abuse both online and in private practice for the past 18+ years. I continue to help others promote positive lifestyle changes through self-assessment and the management of cognitive distortions and negative thinking concerning life’s stressors (environmental, social, physiological, thoughts). I believe that we all can empower ourselves to gain control over our lives. My focus is to educate and encourage individuals to take an integrative lifestyle (whole body system) approach to achieving and maintaining overall good health, wellness, and disease prevention. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
