During our sessions, we will use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to identify your core beliefs about yourself and the world in which you live. We will challenge which thought and behavior patterns are serving you well and which are not. I will provide you with skills that will help give you an opportunity to get “unstuck” and move forward. Together, we will create a road map that has the potential to take you from where you are in this moment to where you hope to be.
