My typical session includes time to vent/process/challenge as well as time to educate by providing insight and tools for managing our many emotions.
After many years in corporate America, I completely changed my direction in life by getting my Masters in Counseling. As a mother of two boys who were very active, I found my life was passing me by and I lost a little bit of myself as I was only known as Mom. As a person who has always found counseling to be cathartic, I am excited and happy to share my space with you and help you find your direction.
