I have more of a collaborative approach, in the sense that I enjoy being able to work together to achieve your goals. I also view the client as the expert of their own lives while being there to offer support and a different perspective when needed. I hope that our alliance will empower you to navigate present and future life challenges. I enjoy being able to empower my clients to work towards long lasting positive changes. My clinical approach consists of Cognitive-Behavioral interventions, mindfulness & solution-focused strategies to reduce symptoms and alleviate stress while transitioning along life’s journey.

Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
