I find great joy in helping others achieve their highest fulfillment and look forward to helping you live a happier life. I like to offer a patient-centered approach to therapy and will support you in the ways you see most effective. We will work together to meet the goals that are most important to you. I have a strong background working with varying mental health concerns. I began my career providing both individual and group therapy to children with severe Oppositional Defiance Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder. Recently, I have found a passion in providing Exposure Response Prevention Treatment for Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder as a speciality. I am also knowledgeable in helping clients manage life changes, environmental stress, family conflict, self esteem building, and improving self care. The biggest step to change is always the first one. I look forward to working with you!
