I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University, Boulder, Colorado. My credentials include Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, Certified Addiction Specialist in Colorado, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and National Board-Certified Counselor. For the past 25 years, I’ve held various roles in the behavioral health field: counselor, psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and program manager.
Outside of my professional life, I value personal growth and spirituality, which deeply influence my therapeutic approach. I would be honored to share my experience and passion by helping you make the changes you'd like to achieve.
