Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I have been providing mental health services for over 15 years and have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns. I have experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, ODD, and ADHD. I am also bilingual and I speak both English and Spanish. We'll use a whole self and client centered approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. My therapeutic style is Eclectic where I use various evidence based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness, Narrative, Play Therapy, Positive Psychology, Psycho-education, Solution Focused, and Trauma informed care. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
