I started off as a nurse and decided to return to school and get a masters in counseling psychology. I spent more than 25 years in addiction, including the years I spent as a nurse (11 years).

I also have been a clinical supervisor and director of substance abuse programs, which made me realize I love working with clients individually and went into private practice.

I have been in practice for 7 years, although I'm just returning to this level of care January 2023

I have worked all those years with clients suffering from trauma, anxiety and relationship issues.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
