I am a licensed mental health therapist in Georgia with 10 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, to mention a few were substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, women adjusting to different stages in life, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD plus much more.

My therapy style is client centered focusing on CBT and solution focus. I'm easy to talk to but I'm here to help (you pay me to be honest ;) so shoot my feedback from the hip but share it in a loving manner. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client or family centered, and solution focus. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
