Hi, I'm Dan. I graduated from Cedarville College (now Cedarville University) in 1985 with a BA in Psychology. Initially, I planned to become a church pastor, so I attended Grace Theological Seminary and earned a Master of Divinity degree (M.Div.) in 1991. During seminary, I worked full-time, got married, and welcomed my two daughters into the world. It was a transformative period for me, as I decided to pursue counseling instead of ministry.

I then attended the Indiana School of Social Work, where I received my MSW in 1996. My career in mental health began in 1994 with a Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) that served my community. Over the past 28 years with the same CMHC, I've had the privilege of helping people in various capacities. In 2017, I furthered my education by earning an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, and I currently hold the position of Senior VP of Healthcare Quality.

While my role is primarily administrative, I continue to find ways to help people through my work in the church, the clinical aspects of my administrative duties, and telehealth. My extensive background allows me to support clients dealing with anger management, grief and bereavement, life transitions, intimate and romantic relationships, spirituality, stress, anxiety, depression, family relationships, and trauma.

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, integrating my diverse experiences to provide compassionate and effective care. Whether through telehealth or in-person sessions, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your challenges and work towards healing and growth.

If you're looking for someone who understands the complexities of life and can offer both professional expertise and genuine empathy, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to navigate your journey towards well-being.
