She uses primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Approach, but have incorporated Family Systems Theory, Attachment Theory, Person-Centered Theory, etc. all based on her individual client's needs. She has enjoyed being a counselor because she loves helping others and seeing her clients accomplish their personal goals.
