Hi! I’m Dakota. Do you feel as though your life is a struggle and you don’t understand why or how to help yourself? Has your child changed into someone you don’t recognize? Are you scared about your future or for your child’s future? I excel at working with people who have become stuck, lost, or hurt. I focus on empowering you or your child with skills and increasing insight so that my clients can move on and heal. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents with any problem but specialize working through trauma and/or abandonment issues. I am uniquely suited to offer therapy to individuals with high IQ’s who may have difficulties connecting with the emotional side of therapy. I love working with the geek population and offer therapeutic Dungeons & Dragons™ services. I am also a trained rehabilitation therapist, so if you’re struggling with what you do with your life/career or have a highschooler wondering what trade or college path is a good fit, I can do career counseling.
