Crystal Perryman
I am an enthusiastic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Life Coach!! When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. I am driven to “unlocking limiting beliefs” to those in distress or in need of guidance. I help my clients, which include children, young adults, couples and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and secure. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have spent many years enhancing my knowledge and skills in a range of modalities such as Gestalt Play Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method for Couples Therapy as well as a somatic approach in Reality Therapy. My educational background includes an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University and a Certification as a Life Coach from New Skills Academy. I have a B.A. in Psychology from Angelo State University and a Certification in Reality Therapy. From a heart of encouragement, it is my desire to help initiate perspective shifts by utilizing strategic, inspirational, and creative approaches.
