Sometimes the curves that life throws our way are difficult to navigate. With the right tools and strategies, you can work through anything! Whether you are struggling with anxiety, teen drama, depression, or childhood behaviors, I can help you walk that road to achieve your treatment goals. In 2008, I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Now, 15 years later as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervision designation (LPCC-S), I am beginning independent practice. In the years prior, I have teamed with behavioral health agencies working primarily with young children, teens, and parents who were victims of trauma and involved in the foster care system. I will strive to provide ‘person focused’ care to clients who are wanting to take a journey of healing and growth toward achieving your desired goals. Many times when things are difficult, you just need someone to walk with, talk to, and be a guide on the healing journey. I will be your guide until you have achieved your goals.
