I am a retired teacher and guidance counselor from New York and a Certified Life Coach. A have also completed Addca's ADHD training. I received my license as a Clinical Social Worker from the state of Florida.

I work with individuals diagnosed with ADHD of all ages and their parents. By utilizing positive psychology and strength based methods I help clients deal with self esteem, time management, organizational skills, executive function, and anxiety issues.

I also work with clients who are experiencing stress and self esteem issues. During our sessions we work together to develop strategies that will allow them to work towards their goals.
