For over 10 years now, I have been supporting folks in their mental health recovery journey by creating a safe space to explore what it would take to have a fulfilling and meaningful life. Much of this journey involves clarifying and aligning with personal core values, improving relationships, and implementing more healthy and enjoyable coping skills and daily routines.
I know the real you is in there, possibly blocked by self-doubt and unhelpful thoughts that could be saying "who do you think you are to ask for more?" You have one precious and fleeting life! Let’s explore together how to make the most of it. I believe in you!
