Hi, you may be finding yourself in the midst of a struggle that you are not quite sure how to navigate. Or maybe you know exactly how to navigate the situation, you just want someone to go along the journey with you. Life can certainly be challenging at times, and these challenges can be related to old wounds, internal battles, or external hardships. Sometimes when we face hardships, we may find ourselves feeling unfulfilled or stuck, not quite sure how to move forward. I am here to provide a place to help you find a way to move forward or to move through.
I have been a counselor for 12 years and have had the opportunity to work with individuals struggling with difficulties related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, ADHD, and sexuality. I use a holistic approach integrating the following modalities: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and experiential therapy (art, movement, sand-tray, nature, role-play, etc.).
Every human is unique. Therefore, therapy needs to be uniquely attuned to each individual. It is my desire to provide you with a safe connection, place of belonging, support, and a uniquely attuned approach as we work together to achieve your desired outcome from therapy.
