Bayo Owens is a dedicated Doctor of Nursing Practice and Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with profound knowledge of ADHD, Bipolar, Anxiety, Depression, and Insomnia with over five years of experience in psychiatric care. He has extensive experience in inpatient/outpatient settings and telemedicine. He currently provides psychotherapy and medication management for 300 to 350 patients monthly at different clinics and Hospitals. His background includes working as an Emergency Department Clinical Coordinator and House Supervisor, where he honed his skills in crisis intervention and patient care. Before nursing, he served as a Critical Care Flight Paramedic and 911 responder for five years. Education is important to him, and he hold multiple degrees with honors, including a Doctorate in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Global and a Master’s in Nursing from Walden University. I am always learning and staying up-to-date with the latest in psychiatric care. In addition to my professional life, he is actively involved in various healthcare associations and volunteer work, including the Fort Bend County Women's Center and River Point Church.
