Life can be hard and just "raggedy" at times. I know and I get it. For some, reaching out for help is the last thing you may want to do but I would love to walk with you on your journey to healing. There is so much more in store for you versus the current narrative you have been rehearsing to yourself. I have a passion for “meeting people where they are” by providing crisis management, solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe in providing quality services and working with those by addressing a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, poor self-esteem and stress management. I believe that therapy can assist one with identifying the root of recurring issues that challenges one’s wellbeing by developing healthy coping skills and gaining awareness.
