I see my role as a clinician as a supportive guide, acknowledging that you are the expert in your own life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety, I bring experience from five and a half years as a School Counselor throughout Georgia, followed by private practice work with clients ranging from 5 to 75 years old. I hold a bachelor's in Art History, African Studies, and Psychology from the College of Charleston and a Master's of Education in School Counseling from the University of Virginia.

My approach integrates Humanistic principles, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness practices, and Solution-Focused techniques to help you discover your goals with unconditional positive regard. I have extensive experience working with depression, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and other concerns across all age groups. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
