I view my clients holistically, as people are inherently dynamic with many facets that make them up. Just like many of you, I am a daughter, a sister, a friend, a partner, and so much more. Whether it is in my personal or professional life, I have always wanted to help people achieve their best lives and create the most fruitful relationships. I came into this field over 10 years ago and can honestly say I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all of my clients everyday since. I have worked in different areas of mental health some including residential facilities with women struggling with severe eating disorders, private practice with individual, couples, children and families struggling with anxiety, depression and relationship issues, as well as, in a community mental health telehealth start up managing a team of therapists and working with crisis situations. I am born and raised in Miami, Florida and have had the opportunity to work with clients of different cultural backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and socioeconomic status.
