I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a strong background in counseling, education, and advocacy. Holding a Master of Education in Counseling and Development from Lamar University and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Texas A&M Commerce, I have spent over 15 years helping individuals navigate life's challenges and develop the tools they need to thrive. My experience includes counseling children, adolescents, and adults, as well as leading mental health initiatives in schools and communities. I provide individual, family, and group therapy. My approach is rooted in creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I work collaboratively with clients to help them uncover unhelpful patterns, explore their emotions, and build the skills needed to make lasting changes in their lives. I am passionate about fostering personal growth, emotional well-being, and positive change, both in the counseling room and within the communities I serve.
