I am a dually licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist and AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, bringing over 20 years of experience in child psychology, family systems, and relationship counseling. My approach is open-minded, compassionate, and grounded in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most intimate and complex challenges.

I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University and a Master’s in Military Psychology from Adler University. In addition to my dual state licensure in New York and Virginia, I am also a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) and certified in Divorce Mediation.

With a holistic and integrative approach, I help clients strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and embrace both personal and relational growth with authenticity, respect, and understanding.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
