Hello, I'm Ama, a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana and Florida, and a clinical hypnotherapist specializing in life success for all ages. The more you look into the darkness, the lighter it becomes. This is my life statement. I have seen the darkest and worst of times and have experienced personal failures in life. When I speak with clients, it is from a place of empathy, understanding, compassion, and non-judgment. No one promised that this life of ours would be easy, but I can promise to serve you as you work towards healing yourself. I believe that you are the expert on yourself, and I am just a guide here to show you some of the tools, skills, and therapeutic approaches I have acquired.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I will ask you what your therapy goals are to ensure we are collaboratively making plans for your success in therapy, and then I will complete a treatment plan.
