Angela Hall
Angela Hall is a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to working with individuals as they identify new paths and perspectives. In addition to anxiety and depression, her areas of focus include: life transitions such as relationship loss (divorce/break-ups), role shifts (solo parenting), separation from important family or friends, relationship challenges, career disappointment, and recovery from codependence. Angela also has a special interest in religious trauma and recovery from narcissistic abuse. She has supported many individuals as they heal from the core belief that meeting their own needs and seeking joy is selfish. Angela's therapeutic approach is holistic, spiritual, clinical, collaborative and trauma informed. She is affirming. Angela's clinical training is Marriage & Family Therapy, giving her insight into relationships, the family system & the way we influence and are influenced by the people in our lives. Diligently seeking to see individuals for who they are outside of diagnoses or history of trauma, Angela is compassionate, present and nonjudgmental. She believes the most impactful part of the therapy process is therapeutic relationship. In reflecting on her career Angela says, "I’m passionate about helping clients identify their purpose and what brings them fulfillment, peace and joy. It’s such a privilege spending my days introducing my clients to a new perspective. It’s my calling and as natural as breathing to me." Outside of the office Angela enjoys lazy Sundays, long drives with music turned up, Michigan Ave during the holidays, Southern beach towns, deepening her yoga practice, learning & teaching.
