Amber Osborne
Hello, I'm Amber. My therapeutic motto is, "All feelings are welcome here." Sometimes the things we're feeling are hard to make sense of, and talking about those feelings can be challenging. Often, we can feel as though our providers aren't hearing us or providing us with the space we need. My goal is to provide you with a nonjudgmental, calm, and safe environment to explore those emotions. I hope to be part of your journey through healing and help you find your truest, best self.
I have been fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2017 and have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with clients across the lifespan, specializing in life transitions, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I was trained in as of May 2022.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate through difficult times and believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other life challenge, I am here to support you. Together, we will work towards your goals and help you achieve a sense of well-being and fulfillment.
Outside of my professional life, I value creating a balanced and fulfilling life, and I bring that philosophy into my practice. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your path to wellness.
