You’re feeling stressed out and overwhelmed. You struggle to get to sleep, hit snooze in the morning, and can’t seem to wake up on time. Life feels too busy, leaving you tired and drained, wondering if you’ll have the energy to get through the day. This stress affects your mood, making you anxious, depressed, or irritable, and it’s impacting your relationships with family and friends. You may find yourself relying on food, alcohol, substances, or screen time more than you’d like. Your stress is even taking a toll on your health and digestion. You want better sleep, more energy, brighter moods, healthier relationships, and overall improved health.
I get it—I’ve been there too. I’ve experienced burnout, stress, and overwhelm that deeply affected my health, energy, sleep, and relationships. Desperate to feel better, I explored many different approaches. Using the Biology of Trauma framework, I addressed stored trauma patterns in my body, regulated my nervous system, and achieved resiliency and vibrant health. Now, I use this same framework to help others move past stress, overwhelm, and trauma by integrating Somatic Work and Parts Work (Internal Family Systems Therapy).
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling (2012). With over 15 years of experience in mental health and addiction counseling, I combine clinical expertise with holistic approaches. I’m also a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and a Certified Dreamwork Professional, with experience helping clients explore and process dreams and nightmares. Over the past few years, I’ve completed advanced training in Biology of Trauma, covering topics such as the Biology of Freeze and Overwhelm, Grief and Heart Shocks, Attachment and Neurodevelopment, Stress and Anxiety, Letting Go, and Healing.
When I’m not working, I enjoy snowboarding with my family, hiking with my dog, and exploring new ways to optimize my health.
If you’re ready to improve your sleep, boost your energy, and build healthier relationships, I’m here to support you. Let’s work together to help you achieve the vibrant health and resiliency you deserve.
