Hello! I am Amanda, counselor of 17 years, wife of 19 years, and mother for 12 years and counting. I have been a resident of the North Austin area for the last five years and am a Texas native, though I did spend some time growing up in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. I am active in my son’s school, my church and my community which I am happy to call home.

I have worked in domestic violence shelters, residential programs for children, with Child Protective Services, and in Private Practice.

For many years I have had the privilege of joining my clients in the process of change. We go through so much in our lives. Love, loss, stress and anxieties shape who we are. I respect the courage that it takes to look at these things and seek growth and change.

We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
