
Alicia Loregrachan
Alicia Lore-Grachan is a highly experienced and compassionate licensed clinical social worker with 20+ years of experience working with adults and families specializing in Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Psychosis, ASD spectrum, substance use, and chronic medical conditions. Alicia believes in taking the time to listen and build a strong collaborative relationship with clients. Using a person-centered and strengths-based approach that explores all areas of a person’s life that may impact their emotional and physical wellness. She believes in encouraging clients to embrace wellness in all aspects of their lives. She listens to client concerns and thoroughly explains diagnosis and evidence-based treatment options and works collaboratively with the client to create a care plan that aligns with their goals and values. Through her years of experience, she has utilized innovative approaches to develop curriculum to address and support a variety of diagnosis and client needs. In 2019 won the SAMSHA Recognition award for creating a curriculum that addressed the 8 dimensions of wellness called Seeding to Eating. That introduced windowsill gardening, healthy eating and cooking skills as well as creating a comradery amongst the group members. Also implemented a music and movement and an entrepreneurship curriculum to teach life skills, build self-esteem, coping strategies, social skills, and employment opportunities. Outside of providing client care, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, Zumba, Art, music, gardening, and taking walks.
