About this course

This course is designed to address the critical issue of clinician well-being within the healthcare context, with a focus on preventing moral distress. Healthcare professionals often face complex ethical dilemmas, leading to moral injury, burnout, and, in some cases, moral distress. By delving into the distinctions between these concepts and exploring effective preventive measures, this course aims to equip healthcare clinicians and systems with the knowledge and tools necessary to foster their own well-being, enhance the overall health of healthcare systems and their patients. This course is the third of an 8-part series.
