Marjorie Morrison

Chief Executive Officer

Marjorie is an entrepreneur and licensed clinician with over 30 years of clinical and business experience. She is the CEO of Psych Hub, which she co-founded with Patrick J. Kennedy in 2019 and has grown into a leading digital platform for mental health education, serving major corporations, health systems, and payer health plans across the country. Earlier, Marjorie founded PsychArmor Institute, a nonprofit that has trained over one million people to better support Veterans, and developed a proactive counseling program still used by the U.S. Marine Corps.

Marjorie is a licensed clinician and the author of The Inside Battle: Our Military Mental Health Crisis. She has been featured by national media including BBC, NBC, CNN, and NPR, and has contributed to TIME, Newsweek, and Huffington Post.

Casey Earp

SVP, Sales & Customer Success

Casey is a seasoned sales leader with over nine years of experience leading high-performance teams in the SaaS and services industries. He has a proven track record in building sales organizations from the ground up, leveraging his deep expertise in startup environments to drive growth and innovation.

Casey began his career in government before transitioning to the private sector, where his leadership and strategic vision have consistently delivered results. He is passionate about fostering strong, collaborative teams to achieve success in dynamic markets.

Dr. Dylan Ross

Chief Clinical & Strategy Officer

Dylan is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health, clinical innovation, and measurement-based care. As Chief Clinical & Strategy Officer at Psych Hub, he drives clinical excellence and system-level impact across the behavioral health ecosystem. Previously, he served as Head of Clinical at Blueprint, helping design and scale AI-enabled solutions that enhance care delivery.

An organizational psychologist and dual-licensed clinician, he has held senior roles at Rogers Behavioral Health, Optum, and Kaiser Permanente, and currently chairs the APA’s National Advisory Committee for Measurement-Based Care.

Steve Sanders

Chief Technology Officer

Steve leads Psych Hub’s digital experience, making it possible to create and connect the communities that are central to mental health. He does this by building, acquiring, and supporting systems and processes that are secure, highly available, and scalable.

For more than 25 years, Steve has led small- and medium-sized technology organizations involved in healthcare, digital strategy, and teen mental health. His areas of expertise are business and technology strategy, product development, and information security and compliance.
