CEO and Co-Founder
A visionary and passionate pioneer in the mental health space, Morrison co-founded Psych Hub with Patrick J. Kennedy to connect mental health practitioners, consumers, and allies with online education and connection to care.
Prior to launching Psych Hub, Morrison was the founder and CEO of PsychArmor Institute, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that offers free online courses to those serving military service members and their families. She also spent years writing and implementing a proactive counseling program for the U.S. Marines that helped launch a groundbreaking new approach to military mental health care.
Marjorie is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, a PPS-credentialed School Psychologist, and the author of “The Inside Battle: Our Military Mental Health Crisis.” She is a frequent commentator for major news organizations and has received numerous awards for her advocacy and leadership.
Barbara Kandemir is an accomplished professional, mentor, and thought leader with extensive experience building and enabling organizations for accelerated growth.
Barbara has held senior financial executive positions at iN2L, the leading provider of person-centered content to the senior living market; Aperture Credentialing (now Verisys), the nation's largest healthcare provider credentialing company; KnowledgeAdvisors, a leading provider of analytics solutions for talent development professionals; and Intersect Solutions LLC, a business intelligence and information management solutions provider.
SVP of Finance and Administration
Nina works as a strategic partner involved in decision-making throughout Psych Hub’s business planning process. Her responsibilities include financial planning, financial operations, strategy, and forecasting.
A trusted advisor, Nina develops flexible approaches to effectively finance business-critical goals. She honed these skills in various finance capacities while working for nonprofit and privately-held healthcare organizations, including Vanderbilt University Medical Center and PhyNet Dermatology.
Chief Marketing Officer
Allison leads Psych Hub’s marketing efforts, focused on broadening awareness of Psych Hub’s solutions for the mental health ecosystem by optimizing marketing strategy, execution, and operations.
An accomplished senior marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience supporting brands in the information technology, banking, retail, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and senior living industries, Allison has established a reputation of success in a broad range of areas, including branding, demand generation, thought leadership, and content marketing programs.
VP of Client Success
After more than 25 years in the customer experience field, Amy appreciates the diversity, flexibility, and authenticity that customer success leaders need to possess. Her goal is to tackle business challenges authentically and through a holistic viewpoint of people, processes, data, and technology.
Amy has served in various leadership roles within the healthcare, senior living, and higher education technology industries. She excels at building teams, implementing processes, developing technologies, and striving for operational and transformational excellence while ensuring the voice of the customer comes first.
SVP of Clinical Innovation
Amy Pearlman joined the Psych Hub team after several years providing behavioral health care for managed healthcare organizations including Anthem, Beacon Health Options, and Value Options. She’s an expert at driving clinical and network initiatives to support value-based payment strategies through aggregate provider quality data.
A quintessential social worker, Ms. Pearlman has transitioned between provider and payer settings over the course of her career, with the mission of aligning perspectives around a shared goal to improve healthcare for individuals and families. Her clinical expertise is in crisis intervention, community based care, and clinical program design.
Chief Technology Officer
Steve leads Psych Hub’s digital experience, making it possible to create and connect the communities that are central to mental health. He does this by building, acquiring, and supporting systems and processes that are secure, highly available, and scalable.
For more than 25 years, Steve has led small- and medium-sized technology organizations involved in healthcare, digital strategy, and teen mental health. His areas of expertise are business and technology strategy, product development, and information security and compliance.
VP of Sales and Sales Operations
Susan has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, including more than 20 years in healthcare technology sales. She built her career on a practical and agile problem-solving and leadership approach, developing expertise at leading a sales organization to meet goals through consistently stated expectations and accountability. She marries corporate goals with sales by applying her unique understanding of varied healthcare verticals.
Susan is skilled at designing and delivering profitable sales models where data is combined with industry, market, and client knowledge. She enjoys coaching her sales team through gradual behavioral changes that improve their individual success and further company goals.

At the heart of Psych Hub is an ever-growing library of evidence-based content that is accessible, specialized, and engaging for every audience and learning style. Andrea leads the strategic development of these important resources and tools.
Her team of video developers, education and content specialists, mental health clinicians, and quality assurance professionals make up some of the best and brightest in the health and wellness learning industry.
