Scott Healy

Chief Executive Officer

Scott is an entrepreneurial, mission-driven leader who has helped build several early-stage businesses into successful companies. Most notably, he was on the founding executive team of Care.com, helping scale the business into the largest global marketplace for child care, senior care, and other family care services. He also led growth-stage businesses at healthcare education and certification provider Ascend Learning and was previously an entrepreneur-in-residence at venture capital firm Matrix Partners.

In his spare time, Scott is an advisor to startup companies and a mentor to young entrepreneurs.

Nina Barwick

SVP, Finance & Administration

Nina works as a strategic partner involved in decision-making throughout Psych Hub’s business planning process. Her responsibilities include financial planning, financial operations, strategy, and forecasting.

A trusted advisor, Nina develops flexible approaches to effectively finance business-critical goals. She honed these skills in various finance capacities while working for nonprofit and privately-held healthcare organizations, including Vanderbilt University Medical Center and PhyNet Dermatology.

Casey Earp

SVP, Sales & Customer Success

Casey is a seasoned sales leader with over nine years of experience leading high-performance teams in the SaaS and services industries. He has a proven track record in building sales organizations from the ground up, leveraging his deep expertise in startup environments to drive growth and innovation.

Casey began his career in government before transitioning to the private sector, where his leadership and strategic vision have consistently delivered results. He is passionate about fostering strong, collaborative teams to achieve success in dynamic markets.

Amy Kavalec

VP, Client Success

After more than 25 years in the customer experience field, Amy appreciates the diversity, flexibility, and authenticity that customer success leaders need to possess. Her goal is to tackle business challenges authentically and through a holistic viewpoint of people, processes, data, and technology.

Amy has served in various leadership roles within the healthcare, senior living, and higher education technology industries. She excels at building teams, implementing processes, developing technologies, and striving for operational and transformational excellence while ensuring the voice of the customer comes first.

Dr. Dylan Ross

Chief Clinical & Strategy Officer

Dylan is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health, clinical innovation, and measurement-based care. As Chief Clinical & Strategy Officer at Psych Hub, he drives clinical excellence and system-level impact across the behavioral health ecosystem. Previously, he served as Head of Clinical at Blueprint, helping design and scale AI-enabled solutions that enhance care delivery.

An organizational psychologist and dual-licensed clinician, he has held senior roles at Rogers Behavioral Health, Optum, and Kaiser Permanente, and currently chairs the APA’s National Advisory Committee for Measurement-Based Care.

Steve Sanders

Chief Technology Officer

Steve leads Psych Hub’s digital experience, making it possible to create and connect the communities that are central to mental health. He does this by building, acquiring, and supporting systems and processes that are secure, highly available, and scalable.

For more than 25 years, Steve has led small- and medium-sized technology organizations involved in healthcare, digital strategy, and teen mental health. His areas of expertise are business and technology strategy, product development, and information security and compliance.

Andrea Womack

Chief Content Officer

At the heart of Psych Hub is an ever-growing library of evidence-based content that is accessible, specialized, and engaging for every audience and learning style. Andrea leads the strategic development of these important resources and tools.

Her team of video developers, education and content specialists, mental health clinicians, and quality assurance professionals make up some of the best and brightest in the health and wellness learning industry.
