Providing Effective Therapy for Adult ADHD
Course description
“My therapist was great at helping me with my depression and anxiety. But she referred me out when it came to working with my ADHD.”
Designed to address an all-too-familiar refrain, this course provides a CBT model to use as a framework to guide treatment. While the material is intended to provide new information and skills, it also demonstrates how to apply existing and well-honed clinical skills in ways that are helpful to individuals who struggle with this lifelong issue.
