About the Course

In the demanding field of mental health, clinician well-being is a critical factor not only for individual practitioners but also for the effectiveness and sustainability of entire healthcare systems. This course is designed to equip mental health leaders with essential tools and strategies to foster a supportive work environment, prevent burnout, and prioritize the mental health of both themselves and their teams. As mental health leaders, the knowledge and skills acquired in this course will empower clinicians to lead with empathy, establish supportive environments, and contribute to the well-being of both their teams and the individuals they serve. This course is the second of a 3-part series.
