This course is designed to equip mental health leaders with essential tools and strategies to foster a supportive work environment, prevent burnout, and prioritize the mental health of both themselves and their teams. As mental health leaders, the knowledge and skills acquired in this course will empower clinicians to lead with empathy, establish supportive environments, and contribute to the well-being of both their teams and the individuals they serve.
